Jason Quiles
Owner & Founder
Jason Quiles is a trusted transportation professional known for providing dependable, punctual, and customer-focused service throughout the Tampa Bay area. As a 5-star Uber driver, he earned a strong reputation for professionalism, safety, and reliability. This gave him the opportunity to own and operate his own private rideshare business. Jason was also selected to help train Waymo vehicles in real-world driving practices, reflecting the high level of trust placed in his driving experience and judgment.
Selena-Belle Quiles-Horn
Operations Management
Selena is someone who has always been passionate about helping people and pushing herself to become better. She has experience working as a Detention Deputy, where she learned how to communicate with all different types of people, stay calm in difficult situations, and handle responsibility. Outside of work, boxing has been a huge part of her life for years. It has taught her discipline, confidence, patience, and how important it is to keep going even when things get hard. She is also studying psychology because of her interest in understanding people and what motivates them.
A big part of who she is involves wanting to make a difference in people’s lives. Whether it’s helping someone through a difficult situation, encouraging someone in the gym, or simply being there for someone who needs support, she genuinely enjoys helping others. Her ability to always look for ways to grow, learn new things, and challenge herself is amazing. She is a very people-oriented person, and brings a lot of energy, determination, and compassion into the things she cares about.
Tony Sayavong
Operations & Safety Specialist
Tony Sayavong is an experienced operations professional with a proven track record across autonomous vehicle testing, rail transportation, and high-risk industrial environments. He brings extensive hands-on expertise in safety compliance, equipment navigation, and technical troubleshooting. Most recently, Tony has served as an Autonomous Vehicle Driver for leading companies such as Aceolution and Tesla, where he conducted multi-hour real-time system monitoring, trained and certified new drivers, performed roadside rescue operations, and collaborated directly with engineering teams to refine AI decision-making models.
Prior to his work in autonomous vehicle technology, Tony accumulated significant experience in heavy industry, logistics, and rail operations. His background includes serving as a certified Remote Control Locomotive Operator and Train Conductor for Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railroad and Seminole Gulf Railway, managing complex yard switching, FRA safety compliance, and team communications. Additionally, his experience spans precision manufacturing as a Machine Operator and Injection Mold Technician at Berry Global, high-heat foundry operations at Dotson Iron Casting, and warehouse fulfillment at Jack Links. Throughout his career, Tony has demonstrated exceptional operational adaptability, strong leadership in safety protocols, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of efficiency and compliance.
